Bio:
Jane is the Principal of HR Alternatives and Primary Vision Consulting, a management coaching, HR consulting and training company established in 1994 and located in Bridgewater, MA. Her background includes over 11 years of practical Human Resources management coupled with a degree in Industrial Personnel Psychology and an MBA.

In addition to management coaching and human resources consulting, she facilitates Executive Briefings on topics of interest to business owners and executives. She also conducts a variety of customized workshops for employees at all levels. Over the past 14 years, Jane has worked with organizations of various sizes on human resources initiatives including:

Organization and HR strategic development
Talent management
Compensation and performance management
Leadership development
Supervisory training
Jane is currently Chairman of the Board of The Community Bank. She has been a Director of The Metro South Chamber of Commerce, a Trustee of Goddard Health Services, Inc., and a member of the Bridgewater State College Foundation. She is a former adjunct instructor of UMASS Boston and Stonehill College in their Human Resources Certificate programs.
