Bio:
Beth Frazier, a Brooklyn, New York native has long enjoyed living and investing in her hometown borough. She is a graduate of Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting; and has worked in her original field for many years as a tax accountant; first at PricewaterhouseCoopers, then at an advertising agency before setting her sights on real estate investing and entrepreneurship. Being laid off during a pregnancy, Beth opted for a buy-out package and began investing in real estate with her husband. During this time they also began a vending machine company.

Her own success and experience investing in property gave Beth the impetus to explore real estate sales with The Corcoran Group NYC’s leading luxury real estate firm started by Barbara Corcoran of NBC’s Today Show. Beth fast discovered that real estate sales came very natural to her. She truly understands that consistency, responsiveness, follow up and attentiveness are key ingredients in helping meet the needs of her clients.

Beth had the fortune to work with renowned investor, businessman, and author Robert Kiyosaki, best known for his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Because of this life-changing experience, she subsequently founded the New York City Women’s Investment Group in 2006, where she used her lessons to teach other women how to invest.

Beth is especially adept at helping first-time homebuyers and novice investors realize their dreams of owning property. She is also the co-author of Wake up Women: BE Happy, Healthy and Wealthy, a Guidebook.
